I'm sorry, I almost started yelling at you, but for a second there it looked like you said Diesel VW, my bad, carry on.

gas mileage better than most hybrids at a fraction of the cost. Nice car OP!

the interior quality is very good. the a3 is better but vw is allready very good... much much better than any japanese cars or us cars.

Agreed, however the GTI/GLI is equal to the A3. I forgot how bad the base models can be.

Either way, Diesel VW's are the tits.

Hey man hope all is well. Good looking car...that paper mill in Chili will keep that thing spotless haha. Car will carry you and junkyards daughter with 14 kids well, 1 being yours the other 13 being her dads. Just picked up an e30 today after being out of it for almost 4 years.

Like I said b4, if I lost the e30, it would be one of my first picks
As someone that has owned many vw's I will definitely agree with Rich and the others that the vw interiors are shit. Without a fail every single vw i have owned or that is in my family has had issue with the interior starting to deteriorate and come apart. That being said i love the new tdi's

New clean pics and interior pics coming soon.

What kind of e30 you pick up, I'm also looking to get back into the game since I have a reliable dd now and a garage full of e30 parts.

Current mileage on the car is 5600, averages about 46mpg @ 70mph on my 20 mile commute to work

1990 325i billantrot coupe. Worse thing is its an auto but it's a really nice car for 1500. I'll be doing a 5 speed swap when I'm done changing the timing belt and other good stuff.

I'm a fan of the TDI cars...the 3-door hatch with manual gearbox is nice. Congrats OP and enjoy the killer fuel economy (I can't stand it when people say 'gas mileage' when referring to the MPGs of a DIESEL car).
