I won my court case against my exwife,we have been divorced for 6 years now.I hired a lawyer to get custody of my daughter because she gave me a weeks notice she was going to move from cali to arizona.I stopped her from leaving and Its been a long 6 months but i won. I would like to thank everyone who bought parts i had forsale to pay along the way for it (i still owe more money lol). Again thanks for all your support,you know who you are :up:.

Congrats dude! My brother went through a similar thing. Eventually won custody of his kids, after years of dicking around in court, and thousands of dollars. Here it's hard for the father to get custody, mothers almost always do, pretty much by default.

Congrats! I wish my uncle would do the same. His ex wife was a stupid bitch and after they divorced she packed up and moved to New Hampshire. Hes only seen his two daughters for 3 days in about the last 2 years.

My dad didn't give two shits so my mother always had full custody.

And don't get me wrong, it's not the kids fault.
