My wife's family have had a few chiro's, but her grandpa (RIP) was licensed to adjust babies. He would give our adjustments almost straight out of the womb and it was neat to watch. One of the procedures was to hang them by their ankles and they would naturally start twisting and turning on their own.

It's just not advised to hang too long as the one-way valves in your arteries will leave the blood in your head.

      how long is too long?

Slipped a disc a few years ago and found hanging to be the only consistent way to rehab it. Had INSANE sciatic symptoms and couldnt sit in a chair for more than 15 minutes. Been looking into an inversion thingamabob a little bit more seriously lately.....

I ahng by my hands from the awning for a 5 sec fix when bent over cars for long peiods, but on the table I will do maybe 10min. They say you "shouldn't" go over 15min, but a friend of mine will do 20-30 at times.

        Good read for beginners....

Met a chick online, uber’d to her place to pick her up (we were getting drinks, etc), gets in the car smelling heavily of weed. Not opposed to toking it up but felt like that was kind of rude.

On the way to the bar she doesn’t shut the fuck up (typical blonde girl). It was kind of funny because on the way to her house I told the uber driver I had never met this chick and so on. We were talking about what kind of girls we’re into and both mentioned we hate chicks with a blabber mouth that doesn’t let other’s get a word in, so of course we’re rolling our eyes at this bitch.

Get to destination, she gets out first, asked my uber driver to pray for me then she and I head to bar. I immediately start slamming drinks, we chit chat, turns out she’s a racist. Okay? Well I’m not comfortable with that shit but I’m still gonna try to bang this chick because she had a nice body/decent face and never hit her up again afterwards.

Shit escalates even more, starts calling some dude a fag repeadedly for reasons I can’t remember. At this point I was embarrassed as fuck and told her I had to leave for obvious reasons, she feels rejected, as I’m leaving she yells on the top of her lungs and points at me and says “waffleswaffleswaffleswaffleswaffleswaffles, you’re a waffleswaffleswaffleswaffleswaffleswaffles”.

Then I went home and passed out.

I’m sure I have a couple other stories worse than that.
