We can tell you're young. The best thing to do is just sit back and read what goes on. Get a feel for how things are done and then you can chime in.

At the dinner table my older bro's used to pin me down to my seat or else I'd leap across the table and grab as much room temp butter from the butter dish I could fit in my 3 year old hand. Then I'd shove it in my mouth before anyone could get it away from me. They'd all cringe at the thought of it...I loved it.

That's aggressive butter consumption. I like butter as much as the next person but never a straight stick. I will smear some on cracker or just a plain piece of bread to eat though. Buttered crackers are a nice snack.
