Broke up with my high school girlfriend a few months ago. Hard to convince myself that history isn't a reason to stay with someone, but damn does long periods away at college/ drinking/ shitty roommate influence change a girl... in this case, for the worst. While I know it was definitely for both of our own good and that I wasn't feeling it anymore, it's a little heartbreaking to look back at all of the awesome things we used to have before things turned sour. Now that it's summertime and my classes are done, I'm sure I'll have those pangs of reminiscence more frequently... I hope it stops soon though. I'm the kind of person who obsesses over the "what-ifs", it fucking sucks.

Anyway, I'm not into the tinder scene or hookup culture, but I've met someone else and things have been going quite well. She's a lot more like me than the last girl, and get this--- she's pretty open to interest in e30's and other things I like, and not in a shallow way either, so that inspires confidence.


Also, on my morning commute today, I watched a Ford escape burn to the ground on the side of the road.

Sold the techno violet 318ti M sport and got my Mora 328i M Sport back on the road to daily. Wondering if anybody knows if the C Pillar interior lights not turning off at all is a common issue in an E36?

EDIT: I'm a dumbass. I pressed the button. Looks like they stay on for 60 seconds so I didn't realise they would turn off.

Well I guess I can't say that I'm a high schooler anymore :/ Just had graduated tonight and it twas a big success. Excited to go off to fly some aeromoplanes at K-State. I feel the need, the need for speed...or at least going 110kts in a 172...
