Hey guys, I need some serious help.

I work for solar city,if your into solar or tesla you know who they are.
They are said to be the biggest solar company.

Ive been with this company six months,and everyone is snakes.

My supervisor is a sexist pig who trys to flirts and grabs me all the time. He wont let me wear my nail polish,makeup and bitches about my hair. OR if i do wear makeup i have to look pretty and be cute. WTF????? btw i have to smell nice as well.

I thought coming out as gay would have him leave me alone,Nope now he thinks that means he is closer to me.

My supervisor wastes company time,and resulting me staying longer hours,for free. Ive recorded this and have kept it for a rainy day,but i think that day is coming.

In my time with this company Ive been stiffed Three times with my paycheck.first 10 hours, then an hour,and now 40.

I really need this job,but i have no idea where else to look.

Please tell me im not overreacting,and i need to get out of here asap.

I work as a temp,Solar city uses local temp agency's to get tax brakes.
I cant call corporate,because im a temp. Solar city keeps people as temps for up to a year i hear just to keep there pay down.

I agree. AZ is a right to work state though, so they could can her anytime they feel like it. With that said, having documented and recorded incidents will help in a lawsuit.

They wont allow me to wear ANY of my piercings,BUT my supervisor has a sleeve. SERIOUSLY WTF? Ive also seen someone with a Mohawk.

Btw ive only been given two shirts.ive been denied anymore,because im a temp. They wont give me anymore. Its like i have to wash these things everyday.

Start bringing a hi-quality recording device (turn on, put in pocket) and catch him in the act a few times. It's clear this guy needs to be fired and worse. Put your foot down and be clear that you're not ok with the BS and if he continues at least you'll have proof this way.

Sounds like you just need to find a way to deal with your shitty supervisor. I know it's risky since you're a temp and it feels like they could fire you at any time, but I'd start being more serious about not letting this guy walk all over you. Is there anybody else higher up you could talk to? All it takes is just one little innocent comment that you feel like you're being sexually harassed by this dude and then things get serious, at least that's how it is where I work, two supervisors have been fired instantly for it.

When it comes to not being allowed some things like make-up, piercings, nail polish, there's really nothing you can do about that so suck it up.

My android is good for recording stuff. The thing is its soo random when he does it toward me i never know. The dude has cancer and has like four years to live,so he makes his problems mine. I have a heart and feel for him,But i have a life.

I had somepricks doing unlawful deductions from my paycheck manys years back and took them to the labor board and won. You can too if you have all the proof you need to prove them wrong. Screw them but you need to line your ducks up first then shoot them down in order and you will prevail on top.;) My sister was fired from her job in a sexual harassment suit,took them to court and won. She was being harassed by a new employee and they took his side saying "she was just being mean",she worked there for over 10 years and he was there 3 months. She was a asst manager/service writer at a honda dealer.
