She worked for the CIA during 9-11, they shut her up, locked her up and tried to make people believe she was nuts...

Do you think if a video was truly damning and had solid evidence of a 9/11 conspiracy or coverup it would have lasted on youtube for a year and a half. The really good ones(not 9/11 related) last 20 minutes.Comment

the real problem with the "big" conspiracy theories, like 9/11, is they would require long term thinking, planning, cooperation and working together of thousands of americans willing to kill people they'd never even met, for free. getting 5,000 phycopaths to work together, without anyone squealing? good luck.
in reality, the only conspiracies are short lived scams to make quick money. greedy people don't think long term, they don't cooprerate or work with others, they're only looking out for themselves.Comment

yeah, but that level of cooperation doesn't exist. in reality it's economics that drives people to get rid of older cars. 99% of cars more than 10 years old are basically junk (not just because of how they are made, but people do not take care of their things). some cars fall into that 1% and maybe nobody knows what to do with them, but it doesn't mean it's a conspiracy orchistrated by mass amounts of people and multiple organizations. The government is trying to get rid of all old cars like ours. Cash for clunkers, ethanol in gas, emissions testing, changing historic car laws, etc. If you want to go even more tinfoil hat you could more farfetched examples like lots of salt on roads to rust cars and insurance companies more easily "totaling" old cars giving them lower value than they're worth.
The government's incentive for this would be encouraging economic growth and the domestic auto industry. Also the "going green" thing.
In the future when driverless cars catch on(google's ones are already driving on our roads), there will be even more reason, and they will try to completely phase out human-driven cars.
I'm sure theres much more reasons you can think of too.
we live in a throw away society. why fix something that's old when you can get a new one? cars are no different. that's not much of a conspiracy, even if it is sad.Comment

IMHO the whole concept of "throw away society" is the best conspiracy ever conceived. By creating tax incentives to outsource skilled labor to other countries the global elite has succeeded in dumbing down our society greatly. Even the way we look at these kind of jobs has changed, being a factory worker used to be prestigious and now it's looked down upon.

everything looks like a nail when you're a hammer.
we're a throw away society because people are lazy and want what's easiest (which is actually a survival technique and part of our evolution). buying something new is easy and feels good too. it doesn't take a mass conspiracy theory for that to happen.Comment
