Just bought an ipad 2 last friday actually. Figured for $70 more i might as well have the larger screen. I like the ipads and all apple products but theyre are a bit pricey compared to the competition.

I feel like my iphone is already too big of a tool. I WILL buy a iphone mini if they ever come out with it. Now sure why they went larger with the iphone5. It is already too cumbersome. Keep the same size screen as the original iphone and just make less body around it.

I've decide to get one. The full size ipad is too big for what I do with work. I will need to carry this with one hand along with other equipment. I plan to use numbers/excel, email, notes, and contacts heavily. If I like it the wife will be getting rid of her laptop and getting one for herself as she will also be using it to see if she wants the mini or full size ipad. I think they are great. iCloud really keeps us all on the same page.

Screw Apple, with the amount of lawsuits going on its pretty clear that they only care about market domination versus pushing technology. Hell they even prevented my Galaxy Nexus from being sold.. yeah, sorry Apple, I'm not buying a stupid iPhone just because you prevent me from buying what i want.

Rant aside I laughed during the keynote, especially at the Innovative comment.. really? its a freaking iPad 2 with a smaller screen, my god it probably spent more time in the, "lets make sure it looks pretty and explodes the second you drop it" department. I also laughed at the comment about how others have failed miserably in this segment. Nexus 7 is a great device and is winning over quite a few Apple folks.

Then again its hard to compete in a market where I'd say half the buyers only buy the because of the Logo or how pretty it looks (not saying everyone, but still)
