Would only own a M3... EURO obviously.... plus at least 500hp ... otherwise I'd just feel like a girl O.o

I've owned one in the past and will again in the future.

They're just more comfortable for a daily driver than an e30.

I skipped from e28 to an e46, then regressed to an e30, then another e30, then went up a bit to an e36 where I am now.

I had an E36 325i auto sedan in HS. Promptly sold it after 2 weeks or so.

I wouldn't ever own a ti. They remind me of an 80's CRX. Might not be quite as bad if it had some variant of a 24v motor, but still suck ass.

Lately, I've been thinking I'd like an E36 M3, but I just can't quite bring myself to do it. Even sold my E34 540i/6 in hopes of finding one, but decided it would be more rewarding to some of the money in my E30. Maybe eventually...

Had a '97 M3/4/5 in extremely good condition that got totaled. That was a fucking great car and although insurance way overpaid me for it, I still wish that bitch would not have ran me off.

Very bold but I disagree. E36 feels heavier and less tossable IMO. I had a 95 m3 for a few years and it was fun, but lacked the e30 feel.

That said, would I own one again? Probably not my first choice unless it was to add to the stable.

My dad just completed a full M3 Front/Rear Suspension & S52 swap into his 1998 323is. Love the way it handles, but it does lack some of the "connected" feeling an E30 has.

In process of building a 318ti w/ M52B28 with S52 cams, light FW, etc. so hoping that it will be fun. But the interior on this thing is a pile. Damn thing has sat inside for a year, relatively untouched, and still the a-pillar trim, door cards, and sunroof headliner are fucked up!

Friend had this same setup. He said it'll smoke my M3. I'm cautiously unoptimistic.

I voted any model, but there are 2 in particular. The 328i(M52) or the M3 haha.

E36 is heavier for sure, but I feel like its much more predictable than my e30 was in the corners.

Also, e36 M3 suspension is a bit different than the normal e36. Mainly the ///M stamped on the rear trailing arms.
