    I'm not old, but I have been lifting heavy for awhile, more then once from guys older then me have I been told they'd wished they had started supporting there joints a lot sooner.

    That takes a lot to admit that. When you said your kidneys I knew it had to be some sort of oral. Orals are only meant to be stacked and never ran over 30 days.


    For those reading this, take Iron Freaks advice. Its not worth it!

    I basically don't take anything that not already in my body now. BCAA (branch chain amino acids) are already in your system, and are the foundation for muscle growth, it's always good to support this. They help stimulate insulin responses.

    I don't take jak3d 3d but I've heard nothing but good things, I stick to good ol caffeine pills haha.

    Same as BCAA, your body has a level of creatine, I just promote that with addition as your body hold a sustainable amount, but needs more to promote muscle growth.

    I know all about oral pro-hormones. Short story.

    I was on them like there was no tomorrow, screw cycling I said, I'll just keep going and going and going. I got big, I got ripped....I got sick. I was welding all the time during that period, burns are a common thing in that industry....

    My burns stopped healing, over that winter I got a sinus infection from HELL.....it stayed with me for 3 months. Finally I was so miserable I sucked it up and went to the doctor, my liver was destroyed, it stopped functioning correctly, they did two test because the first time the doctor was convinced the readings were wrong. He demanded I stopped taking the orals so I did.

    Bad idea. My balls had stopped making test because I was replacing it with fake stuff, well....I stopped taking the fake stuff but your balls don't turn back on.

    That got me into steroids....couldn't get hard, my test numbers were in the double digits people, they should be on average around 800. I was full on woman with a dick.

    My pride led me to steroids, all sorts of crazy stuff, got big again, REALLY BIG, then my GF saw me taking shots one day. I had to decided what was more important in my life.

    Long story short, and I'm sharing this because so many people don't look at the bad side of what they're taking. My balls will never work correctly again, I am on a prescribed dose of testosterone cyponate I have to take weekly....for the rest of my life. I'm 29 years old and have to do hormone replacement that guys in their 60 with old balls have to do.

    DON'T BE A DUMBASS, GET BIG LIKE A REAL MAN AND STOP TRYING TO CHEAT LIKE I DID. IT WILL POTENTIALLY RUIN YOUR LIFE.

    If you're implying "juice" I got this for you....

    Grow a pair of balls and do it on your own, quit looking for a crutch.

    If not, try Jack3d 3d micro, Take in a buttload of BCAA everyday, I like to use Xtend, Use mono-hydrated creatine.

    I come from the powerlifting scene, I used steroids, it will mess you up, short term and long term. YOUR JUNK STOPS FUNCTIONING PROPERLY. I almost lost my girlfriend (now my wife) because my body was so screwed up, I almost destroyed my kidneys.....just so I could look big and lift a ton of weight. I have been clean for 2.5 years, I can lift as much as I did now as I did then from eating right and training right.

    Just say no to drugs kids.

    Did calves/back/biceps last night

    I start out with my calves first, you might disagree with this method, I dare you to try it. I used to do them last when I was tired and just wanted to leave. I started doing this 3 weeks ago, the first time I did it I pounded them so hard I could barely walk the next day.

    Calves - circuit set of standing, leg sled and sitting calf raises x3

    I superset the calf raises with pull ups, ended up doing 6x10

    deadlift:

    135x5
    225x5
    315x8 for 3 sets

    bent-over BB row

    135x12 for 3 sets

    Lat pulls

    150x15
    170x15
    190x15

    standing lat push downs

    90x12 for 3 sets

    standing low rows

    120x12 for 3 sets

    Biceps was a super set of lateral, hammer and rope pulls 3x15


    Feel thoroughly blasted today, pretty sure my back looked something like this when I was done.
