    I cant get over how silly kettlebells seem. Or maybe its the people that use them at my gym. With that being siad, you can actually mimic solid core lifts pretty well with them which is x1000 better than any machine I've come across.

    I'm 19, weigh in at around 172 and going up. My bench max is 205 for 3 times, squat at 225 and front squat at 185ish. Still have a long way to go.

    yeah first week on any new diet blows because body has to get use to it. Also when you cut carbs you feel really weak but body adjusts after 10 days or so.

    When will you say screw it and get a nice cheesburger combo or a breakfast burrito.
    I eat for purpose. If I need to cut my diet is strict. If I'm lifting hard and heavy and its cold out, i'm eating 500-1000 over my required intake. If I want a cheeseburger, I go have a cheeseburger. Otherwise my normal food is eggs, chicken, steak, vegetables. AKA WHAT YOU SHOULD BE EATING ANYWAYS FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE.

    Dropping 11 pounds to get to your goal is literally do-able in 3-4 days like what Thizzle is saying.

    I had to sit out on Fridays training :( My shoulder is killing me (snatches). My pelvis is aching (weather change and previous dislocation injury). And I had a stomach bug. I STILL SQUATED 2 SETS THO
