Read a little dude. Not trying to be a dick, but you should look into how squating to depth will correct and strengthen your joints and connecting tissues. Not squatting to depth or moving in a complete natural motion will actually hurt you further.
Those are awesome, a dude I used to lift with uses that brand. He has the knee wraps for competition too. Speaking of, my knees hurt like fuck today. :(I'm going to get a pair of these soon.
I'm not old, but I have been lifting heavy for awhile, more then once from guys older then me have I been told they'd wished they had started supporting there joints a lot sooner.
I hear those are great too.
NO CHALK?! WHAT? I noticed you were gentle while letting that 400+ lbs deadlift down. If it were me, I'd drop that bitch. Then I saw your gym and I know that kinda gym. NO LOUD NOISES HOW DARE YOU! THIS IS A TREADMILL FACILITY! :mrgreen:Leave a comment:

Went and got an ashi massage last night.......amazing. My mobility is better, I slept better then ever last night. The gal said my back was crazy tight and knotted up. This might sound weird but my back feels bigger today! so ready to hit the gym, I fell like a million bucks!Leave a comment:

Exactly. I was on it for a long time, you didn't hear me complain about results haha. but it really effected my body, you don't want to quite or lose progress so you take more, I was dumping several hundreds of dollars a month for veils and pills just to stay big.....I'm thankful now my now wife caught me. it's taken almost 2 years for my body to level off even being on the medical grade stuff. It's illegal here too.
Agreed there isn't proper training as such, just what some guy tells you in the gym is the most knowledge most people choose to take in. That said though the knowledge is out there people as just usually way to lazy to look it up.
I must add I have dabbled with it in the past and I loved it. I never got sore, I could walk back into the gym the next day and train the same muscle group jus as hard as the day before. BUT to maintain what I was feeling in the long run I wold have had to keep increasing my dosages as the receptors downgrade, which in turn wold eventually lead to symptoms to have described and for me the juice just wasn't worth the squeeze.Leave a comment:

Not to sound hypocritical base on my previous post I'll agree.....because technically even though it's medically induced I'm still on "gear". My problem was the people, guidance and "how to" that I was around was way wrong.P90x is good. Ill agree, I just need to bring my legs down to proportion with my upper body. I guess loosing mass was the wrong erm I want to maintain mass in my legs while leaning out (dropping bf)
Speaking of which been back at gym now for 2 months dropped 5kg (around 9lbs) and feeling stronger each day to,e to ge serious on the diet and drop another 8kg. Then start back on the real strength training. As eating at a calorie deficient I always feel lethargic.
Speaking of gear. Which I don't necessarily condone it. There are safe ways to use it and see effective results that have few side effects long and shirt term... That said most guys don't use responsibly.
Chalk it up to this, at least here in the states it's illegal, even if it is safe there is no proper training to use it. you're messing with a substance that can change your body. It's just a bad idea.Leave a comment:

Can I ask why you're trying to reduce muscle mass?Spot reduction doesn't work when it comes to fat agreed. I'm trying to reduce muscle mass. Doing high volume medium intensity cardio especially running helps. Just wish I could find the article ow
P.S. I studied sport science. Was just looking for a fresh outlook on a workout program.
Try Intensity or P90X, not being a smart ass but they are stupid high rep catabolic inducing monsters.Leave a comment:

Anywho, bench day for me, off tomorrow, squats either fri or sat.
Also, a whole day each dedicated to bi's and tri's? Either you're on gear, a pro, or horribly inefficient.
This is called spot reduction, it doesn't work that way.

We have another one that allows it, but it cost more and personally the atmosphere and environment is something I want to avoid. I'll deal with what I got now for the time being.Leave a comment:

I know I know. My gym doesn't allow it, but people including trainers there use it. So screw it.
I'm about to change over to the local powerlifting gym. The local globo gym is just not the environment I want to train in.Leave a comment:
