you should go back and read #13, it was written from the aspect of an employed person, who probably spent a great deal of time writing and researching a WORK related document/Project, and they would seriously not like to have the accuracy or content of said document changed... nor enjoy re-editing the document to find such unwarranted changes. at great additonal time and cost.
