I'm not sure I like my new life as a bureaucrat. Had a problem with a database today and the Guru said "Click the option labelled "Never ever click this option!", obviously, stupid." If I was in my old job I'd squeeze the database and the Guru in the nearest vise.

On the other hand, sunny and highs of 45 to 48 F (8 to 10 in real money) forecast for the weekend. Maybe I can install those injectors, the SI board and the water hoses this weekend.

British cars scare me. I think the next project will either be a 2002, e21, XJ or S30. I'm not sure.

I would probably be done by now if I had a real job instead of doing side jobs as my own boss. Also, those little British cars look like some serious fun, makes me want to get cracking on my dads Alfa!
              You'll like the M50 swap. I promise.

Migraines, huh? I've been dealing with "cluster headaches" for the last two weeks. I had them once before about 5 years ago. I get 3 or 4 intense headaches everyday that last about a half hour. Shit sucks!

The doc gave me some Treximet that will hold them off for 12 hrs at a time, but I can only take that every other day. I've been having decent luck fending them off if I catch them early with 800mg ibuprofens.

I hope you feel better, man!

No XJ. Please. I agree that British cars were built with a different...ethos than our E30s, but my first car was a '74/'80 Spitfire that I built with Dad then DD'ed for three years with no issues. Nothing teaches mechanical sympathy like a British sports car.

Treximet is a beautiful thing. I get migraines and that shit buzzes them away.
