    New World Record Cliff Jump - Pic inside

    So I dont ski but this is just fucking nuts. If any of you guys watch the TGR films you know of Jamie Pierre. Well he hucked this 245 footer a few days ago. He landed on his head and lived to tell about it. I shit you not.

                              I agree that you should have to land it but its damn near impossible. Pierre waited till he had 150+ inches (thats over 12 feet) of fluffy base snow before he even attempted the jump. He landed and created a 6 foot wide crater. I guess the previous record of 225 was set by some guy Paul Aherm. Im not so sure if I got his name right but that guy wore a suit filled with styrofoam to help with the impact. While it sucks he didnt pull it off, I guess he deserves soemthing for hucking himself off a jump thats 20 feet taller that the Golden Gate bridge and living to tell the tale.

                                          I also think its awesome that he did it but I think you should have to land it to make any records. Any bozo with balls could just run himself off a huge cliff and land on his head.

                                                          If you guys like that you should check out a dude named Josh Bender. He only hops off 60 foot cliffs...but he does it on a Mountain Bike and lands on dirt...
