    you just can't be careful enough nowadays, companies are putting that stuff into EVERYTHING...

      I eat a mostly vegetarian diet. Once in a great while I will consume red meat. A few times a year at best. Boyfriend and his dad hunt, and I've had elk meat, which is incredible. I would rather eat food that is natural and I know where it came from. Once I am out of school I'll make time for a garden. If I do eat "meat" it's generally chicken or fish/sushi.

      Another food that has been messed with is honey. We've been getting imports of chinese honey where all the antioxidants and benefits are essentially gone. I would love to be able to find a farm and get fresh eggs, raw honey, and raw milk.
