    Been watching this for a while but never particpated but I figured this is another way for me to reach a goal soo I am going to start posting.

    Monday

    regular Squat=5840
    1 135x8
    2 185x8
    3 185x8
    4 225x8

    Bench=3640

    bent over rows=3320

    Overhead Barbell Presses=1720

    Calf Raises(i did standing so do i add into account my body weight or just the weight on the bar?)= 5400(just bar) or 9360(adding body weight)

      Welcome. As for calf raises standing, I would just count the weight on the bar not including your body weight. But ultimately it is up to you.

      Arms and abs today.

      Weighted pull ups +25lbs(212) x 5= 1060 x 3= 3180
      Zottman seated curls 40lbs each arm: 80 x 10= 800 + (50lbs each arm: 100 x 6= 600 x 2= 1200)= 2000
      Close hand bench press: 165 x 10= 1650 + (185 x 8= 1480 + (195 x 6= 1170))= 4300
      Seated French press: 55 x 10= 550 + (75 x 8= 600 + (85 x 6= 510))= 1660
      Barbell curls: 75 x 10= 750 + (95 x 10= 950 + (115 x 6= 690))= 2390
      Skull crushers to eyebrows: 75 x 6= 450 x 3= 1350
      3 sets of 10 decline bottoms up. No weight abdominal exercise
      3 sets of 10 cable crunches: 210 x 10= 2100 x 3= 6300

      3180 + 2000 + 4300 + 1660 + 2390 + 1350 + 6300= 21,180

      Total 647,655 in 45 days(started 09/10/2013). 1,000,000 - 647,655= 352,345lbs to go in 45 days. Half way done.

          Well got back into the gym last night, I need to be more consistent......we're done to one car so it makes it tough with schedules.

          Anyways, solid back day, went moderately heavy on my DL, felt good, haven't pulled in a few weeks.

          Deadlift

          365x3
          415x3

          BB Rows

          135x10
          165x10
          185x10

          lat pulls

          180x12
          230x12
          265x10
          315x6

          close grip lat pulls

          180x12
          200x12
          220x10

          pull ups 250x10x3

          for a total of 36,310lbs.

          brings me up to 543,605lbs on day 51.

                80lb preacher curl with full ROM. Bad idea, pulled a tendon on my pinky side of my wrist. Can't pick up anything Palm up without severe pain. I also used to wide of a grip and it was the nail in the coffin I guess.
