    I also did body weight lunges, side lunges and planks but won't add weight for those.

    Totaled 26,125lbs. bringing my overall weight too 600,115lbs.

    Weighted pull ups +25lbs(215) x 7= 1505 x 3= 4515
    Bent over barbell row: 135 x 10= 1350 + (185 x 6= 1110 x 2= 2220)= 3570
    Upright row: 135 x 10= 1350 + (165 x 6= 990 x 2= 1980)= 3330
    Cable rows: 260 x 10= 2600 x 3= 7800
    Dead lift: 285 x 10= 2850 + ((305 x 7= 2135) + 325 x 6= 1950))= 6935
    Shrugs: 450 x 10= 4500 x 3= 13,500
    4 sets of 10 decline bottoms up. No weight abdominal exercise
    4 sets of 10 cable crunches: 220 x 10= 2200 x 4= 8800

    Total 1,000,695 in 68 days(started 09/10/2013). It took longer than I originally planned but I missed a couple of weeks, so I can't really complain. We started off strong OP. You had a fair amount of people doing this and then we lost them one by one. There are only a couple left that have been posting. Thanks for offering up this idea. I never really saw how much I lift a day. It's a lot more than I was expecting. Good luck on your goals everybody. I finished and won't be posting my weights anymore. But I will keep watching to see how everybody does by the end of their 90 days. I might try this again in 6 months or a year to see how much I have improved. Good luck everybody.
