    Forgot to post my weight yesterday. 11/11/2013

    Back, traps and abs today.

    Weighted pull ups +25lbs(215) x 7= 1505 x 3= 4515
    Bent over barbell row: 135 x 10= 1350 + (185 x 6= 1110 x 2= 2220)= 3570
    Upright row: 135 x 10= 1350 x 3= 4050
    Cable rows: 260 x 10= 2600 x 3= 7800
    Dead lift: 285 x 10= 2850 + ((305 x 7= 2135) + 315 x 8= 2520))= 7505
    Shrugs: 450 x 10= 4500 x 3= 13,500
    3 sets of 10 decline bottoms up. No weight abdominal exercise
    3 sets of 10 cable crunches: 220 x 10= 2200 x 3= 6600

    4515 + 3570 + 4050 + 7800 + 7505 + 13,500 + 6600= 47,540

    Leg curls: 55lbs each leg: 110 x 10= 1100 x 3= 3300
    Box squats: 285 x 10= 2850 + ((305 x 10= 3050) + 310 x 10= 3100))= 9000

    4050 + 7500 + 5400 + 4820 + 3300 + 9000= 34,070

      Cable cross overs: 65lbs each arm: 130 x 10= 1300 x 3= 3900
      Dumbbell press: 85lbs each arm: 170 x 9= 1530 + (90lbs each arm: 180 x 6= 1080 x 2= 2160)= 3690
      Shoulder dumbbell press: 55lbs each arm: 110 x 10= 1100 + (65lbs each arm: 130 x 6= 780 x 2= 1560)= 2660
      Shoulder press behind neck: 125 x 10= 1250 + (145 x 5= 725 x 2= 1450)= 2700
      Chest press: 180 x 10= 1800 + (230 x 6= 1380 x 2= 2760)= 4560

          Close hand bench press: 165 x 9= 1485 + (185 x 7= 1295 x 2= 2590)= 4075
          Seated French press: 85 x 10= 850 + (95 x 7= 665 x 2= 1330)= 2180
          Hammer preacher curls 50lbs each arm: 100 x 10= 1000 + (55lbs each arm: 110 x 7= 770 + (110 x 6= 660))= 2430
          Skull crushers to eyebrows: 65 x 10= 650 + (75 x 7= 525 x 2= 1050)= 1700
          3 sets of 10 decline bottoms up. No weight abdominal exercise

                Total 1,000,695 in 68 days(started 09/10/2013). It took longer than I originally planned but I missed a couple of weeks, so I can't really complain. We started off strong OP. You had a fair amount of people doing this and then we lost them one by one. There are only a couple left that have been posting. Thanks for offering up this idea. I never really saw how much I lift a day. It's a lot more than I was expecting. Good luck on your goals everybody. I finished and won't be posting my weights anymore. But I will keep watching to see how everybody does by the end of their 90 days. I might try this again in 6 months or a year to see how much I have improved. Good luck everybody.

                  Single leg hamstring curls

                  Laying hamstring curls

                  I also did body weight lunges, side lunges and planks but won't add weight for those.

                  Totaled 26,125lbs. bringing my overall weight too 600,115lbs.

                  better get rolling, 19 days to go.

                          hit 90 lb dumbbells yesterday for 3 reps (spotter helped me to 4) on flat DB press. I'm happy.
