What do you have going for you and what is your biggest current fear
Since then, I have been in contact and gone out on a date I was casually dating before, my neighbor is setting me up with her friend (another nurse ) who I met on Halloween and asked about me, but I was still with the girl friend. My friend Jenny is setting me up with a friend of ours. My other friend Jennifer told me last night she has 5 different friends that are good girls she wants to set me up withwith ( & 10 bad ones, but I don't want to deal with that).
I'm afraid I'm gonna turn into one of those hoarder people.
And to the guy afraid you're gonna fuck up your kid, you might. But if you raised them "perfectly", they'd have no challenges in this life, and how boring would that be?
Roysneon, if you think you may be becoming an alcoholic, today is the easiest day to get ahold of it.

i know she is just my first and i wanna be a good dad is all but sometimes i freak out about it
Going for me: New life in a new place. Training in a decent job and finally figuring out a new direction to go in life.
Fears: Forever alone (seriously, zero luck with women, feel like they all hate me) and losing my E30, limbs, or being disabled in any form.
But I worry about shit way too much.
Look at it this way, a new life in a new place is a chance to start over clean. As far as being alone forever, yeah I understand that. I'm in the same boat, but I'm seriously screwed as women in their mid-late thirties aren't interested in a guy who has no relationship experience. The last (and only the 3rd date I've ever been on) was 4 years ago. Heck, I was 30 when I went on my first date with someone.
At this point I only have two friends who are single, and not one of them is local. They are both women, one of them I have nothing in common with, and the other shares more things in common with me than things uncommon. I'm seriously bummed that she doesn't see me as anything more than "just a friend" despite our not seeing each other for 10 years.
The only wisdom I can offer is keep thinking positively.
Holland get rid of pic asap you look like a waffleswaffleswaffleswaffleswaffles lacking confidence and that chessy smile.......grow a sack and some confidence and the waffleswaffleswaffleswaffleswaffles will come....women pick up on lack of confidence and all that shit its a major turn off for them
Good, finally feeling settled into my new home (not just a house I crash at) with my daughter after my divorce.
Fear, even though I make great money and have a bunch saved in retirement and non-retirement that somehow something will happen and it won't be enough. I blame my parents they were shit with money so now I am always worried about it and a bit of a hoarder of cash equivalents and quickly liquid valuables.
