I'm glad I didn't come in here and have to see everyone circle jerk about mining buttcoins.

LOL I didn't look into much of the pricing or anything. Took 5 minutes. Hell, there might be some shit that isn't right, but I know for sure, iRacing will run at max settings.

A lot of that shit goes on sale frequently, so piecing it over time is the best if the PC is not needed right away. Easily save $200 off of that if anything. That video is actually not that great from what I just saw and way over priced, but you get the idea.

Edit: Just saw you are trying to run on 3 monitors..... planning to use DVI?

I highly recommend the UPS pickup option. You just throw it in a box and UPS comes to you with the shipping label and takes it away.

The funny thing is the majority of our Prime orders are shipped using the slowest method. The way we still get it to you by the promised time is we do all the sorting for UPS, USPS, and FedEx at our warehouse. Some of the trailers you see on the road will be filled with purely Amazon packages. We sort them by regional destination so the carrier doesn't have to, thus getting you your package faster.

Sorry for my little off topic there, I'm really proud of my company lol

Plenty, there are even a few companies that specialize in making iRacing rigs.

But you'll pay dearly for them.

I posted this same topic on the Nonsense thread, but this thread is more appropriate considering it is about computers, but I want Apple's Car Play to be available for aftermarket, I guess you could call me an Applefag. Not as bad as some people at my school tho, I have a macbook and an iPhone, but I see people here with an iPhone, MacBook, iPad, and when you go into their apartments, thunderbolt display, AppleTV.. its just ridiculous.

But with how smooth iOS works with Max OSX I want that same integrated experience that you get with Mac + iPhone inside my car's entertainment system. plus just how smooth everything will be to use, like navigation, music, the unit reading you texts, plus IMO Siri is one of the better voice recognition systems out there and it should work fairly well in the car to call, text, choose a song, enter a destination, basically do whatever Siri can already do on your phone

Anyone else agree? or disagree? or just think I'm an idiot? thoughts.

I think having apple head unit would be pretty neat, but I personally have other priorities with my car(and while driving! Like driving!). I like my head unit that my iPhone plugs into and plays music nice and clear and whatnot. Having better integration with finding songs would be nice I suppose, but I can still pick up my phone and tell Siri to play x song... I guess I don't need much more than that, more would be really distracting I should think.
