I few years ago, in my mid twenties, I lost 50+ lbs with a stationary bike and Hulu. If I wanted to watch TV or a movie, play video games, or surf the internet on a tablet, I did it while pedaling away. I would usually include some sit ups, pull ups, and push ups too, once I had the blood flowing. I didn't even really pedal hard or fast either. It was just the difference between parking my but on a chair, or keeping moving.
I've heard of people using the same approach with a treadmill too, but I tend to drift to the side and trip myself up if I'm not paying attention. Plus, a stationary roller for a regular bike is cheap, and small.

Get more calories. Remember, your body is going to hold onto whatever it can if you're starving it...

I know it sounds backwards, but your probably only taking in 12-1500 calories a day if what you posted is honest. Maybe less.

Im lazy and want to lose weight, but how?

            Fatty checking in
I'm the same height, but I am a heavy athletic build (very broad shoulders, big upper body, short torso, long legs).
I was content with my weight when I was 18: 5'6", 180lbs @ 17%. 34" waist, 42" chest, 10" arms, but I wasn't "big" by any means, probably where you'd like to be is around 15%, that's where I roughly was in this picture:

Don't mind the derp expression. It was a surprise picture during a workout; no time to react to the camera lol

            At 16 I was 5'5", 210lbs @ 32%
            I did P90x to drop it all. Ate 2500Kc a day, but I switched off my workouts (Monday/Lift, Tuesday/Cardio+Abs, Wednesday/Lift/, Thursday/Cardio+Abs, Friday/Lift, Saturday&Sunday/Abs+Rest)
I would never workout more than 1 hour at a time, but the workouts had me burning 700+ calories easy. If I DIDN'T eat, I would burn out and starve which killed my burn. The lightest I was ever was 161lbs @ 18% on 9/12/2008. I dropped 50lbs in 3 months.

4 years later has not fared well. I am bump starting my diet and have lost some, but my body has changed dramatically. Started 240lbs after my bulk routine a month ago; currently 5'7", 230lbs @ 29%; 38" waist, 50" chest, 13" arms. Needless to say, I've put on ALOT of muscle. My ideal body weight would be 200lbs at ~15% body weight. No pictures of this one: I'm fat, no one wants to see that. Carrying around 30lbs extra of fat is tiring; I have such low energy, mornings especially suck. If I wasn't so self driven, I would've found depression long ago.

It's all diet man. I'm currently cutting:

            Low carbs
maybe 1-2 slices of bread daily; have maybe 35-40% if your calories from strict carbs; except greens: eat as much green, vegetables, etc. as you can. No one got fat from eating vegetables. Get plenty of Potassium and Zinc; they help regulate estrogen levels and boost testosterone: will help you big in the long run (Bananas, Strawberries)

            Lean proteins
Chicken, Tuna, Salmon are ideal, but Steak and Beef is acceptable. Protein shakes are good, but keep it "real" protein if possible. Almonds are you friend, as well as black beans (those and steak has lots of testosterone that will help you build muscle/burn fat and keep estrogen levels at bay).

            Lean Fats
Avoid saturated and trans fats. Packaged/frozen foods are notorious for hiding "0g" trans fat in their foods. The FDA has passed it legal that if a food has less than .49g of any substance per serving, it can be labeled as 0g on the nutrition facts. Some foods have found to have up to 2g of trans fat in a whole package (BAD!). Avoid processed food all together: the more processed a food is, the less potassium it has and the more sodium/preservatives it's injected with. Olive oils, almond oils, peanut butter: try to avoid solid fats/oils (saturated/trans fats) and go for liquid/nut oil (mono/poly-unsaturated). Almond/Peanut Butter will have some saturated fats, but the trade off (nut-exclusive Amino-As/nutrients) is more worth it than solid butter.

            And
            WATER
6-8 glasses (8oz) daily. Back in wrestling/high school, I carried a gallon with me and sipped/chugged throughout the day. Nothing but water for you tubby.

Also, try to eat a majority of your carbs during breakfast, it will help jump start your morning burn as well has burn off during the day. Only eat past 8pm if it is protein.

EDIT: Rereading your diet, it seems like you have already been following the basic concepts, the only thing I would suggest more is EAT
At your activity level, you should be getting 2200Kc's a day to avoid "starvation mode". You should be on the fast track of losing 1.5-2lbs a week if you keep close eye on your caloric intake and fit your macros

            Fats: 30-35%
            Carbs: 40-45%
            Proteins: 25-30%

Unless you are working out and lifting heavy weights 3 times a week, there is no reason to be getting over 90-110g of protein daily: your body can only process a bulk total of about 40g of protein per meal on a regular diet before the excess is converted to ammonia
At your body weight, without working out, you should stay around the 90g area

RANDOM PUSHUPS: make it a goal to do 4 sets of 25 or 5 sets of 20 pushups daily. It's not that hard and once you make it a habit, it's easy. I work 10-14 hour days 4-6 days a week, but I still make sure I get in 100 pushups daily

I'd haven't been trying, but I've already dropped 10lbs in a week and a half with no working out, just dieting; accounting 2lbs as crap-weight and 4lbs as water weight, I've lost ~4lbs of actual fat and dropped a notch on my belt. Sticking to a strict diet works: you don't always have time to workout, but there is ALWAYS time to stay dedicated and eat right.

Good luck man. Hit me up if you got any questions/need a workout buddy. If I'm free, I'd be down to hit some weights You got my number

              +1 on myfitnesspal.com.

It's all about burning more calories than you take in, whether from eating less, adding activity, or a combination of both.

I'm much older than most of you, and I wasn't big to begin with - but I've lost 35+ pounds in 4 months using it. I rarely work out.

I eliminated all fried foods, breaded foods, corn, soy, and most of the bread and pasta from my diet. I replaced it with lean chicken and pork, green veggies and salads. Gone are the regular mayo, sour cream and jellies - replaced with lower calorie versions. I still treat myself occasionally to something fun - just not every day.

It does require some discipline to measure out food portions, but if you're honest about the information you use when you set it up and faithfully track your food and exercise, it WILL work. And if you have an android or iphone, you can scan barcodes off the packaging and get all the nutrition informtion.

My particular myfitnesspal setup said that I needed 1700 calaroes a day just to stay alive, and that my typical desk job lifestyle required 2200 calories per day. If I net 1700 calories a day, I'd lose 1 pound a week. If I net 1200 calories a day, I'd lose 2 pounds per week. It was absolutely spot on over time.

Stick with it - the weight WILL come off, and you'll retrain yourself how to eat properly.

              Good luck!

Man loosing/gaining weight is so simple it's not even funny.

Expend more calories than you consume, then keep doing it until your body eats the fat you have stored. Do the opposite for gaining weight.

That being said, these are things that have helped me, hopefully they could be useful to you as well.

                -Cut wheat and grains
                -Cut dairy
                -Lower carbohydrate intake
-Eat more lean proteins in place of carbs
-You really don't need protein powder, you're better off with real food with lean proteins.
                -Cardio, Cardio, Cardio
-Increase testosterone through diet and specific exercise.
-Drink nothing but water, coffee (if that's your thing) and green tea. Green tea extract and caffeine is what's in a lot of diet pills/drinks/suppliments.
-Leafy greens can be mostly considered calorie neutral or free cals, so if you do just want to feel full, load up on them if you want.
-Drink a glass of water before every meal so you feel full sooner and eat less.
-Cut refined sugars and beware of ingredients listed as Cane Sugar, agave nectar, etc. It's still sugar (carbs)
-DO NOT TOUCH soy. Find some lists online of foods that increase testosterone and focus on them. Find lists of foods that increase estrogen and don't even look at them.

If you're not looking at bodybuilding type stuff then POG won't do too much for you. If you do find time to join a gym focus on compound movements like squats and deadlifts. They work the most muscle groups per movement and help boost testosterone, which will help counter some of the effects of aging you're experiencing and que your body to not store stomach fat so readily.

But don't take my word for it, I just read things online, think about if they make sense, try them out if they do and see what happens.

Fall in love with a girl and then have her break up with you. You'll drop 20 pounds in a month. Most of it will be water weight from crying so much.

Then, as I closed in on my 30s, I was in the 165 range and now Im about to turn 33 and am in the 170-175 range. It's weird because I feel like I eat a lot better now than I ever have in my life and its not making any difference. I rarely eat junk food, but I do still have a sweet tooth. I dont drink alcohol anymore, nor do I have the munchies either.

My current "diet" is a Protein shake for breakfast (8oz milk, a banana, 2 ice cubes and a scoop of the powder).I eat an apple around 11am. Lunch is usually around 1pm and consists of a turkey wrap that I make from stuff I get from Trader Joes and finally, dinner I eat some chicken, usually.

Recently I decided I need to start exercising again so Ive been waking up about an hour earlier than usual and going running. Its only been a week and Im not running much (usually 20-30 minutes) and Im not really running the whole time either. I partially tore ligaments in my ankle in my early 20s and so I have to be careful on it. I run on grass and plan on getting something for my ankle to help protect it, but this is pretty much where Im stuck. I wont go to the gym, and I cant really exercise after work because Im usually busy, so this is where Im at.

Calling all beefcakes!! What do I need to change, or what am I doing wrong??

Forget things like butter, potato's and sweets, if you're going to eat bread only go wheat. If you take a protein shake and don't work out you'll just have it come out the other end and it will do absolutely nothing. Mostly you just need to be more active, more walking, labor work, screw a lot, or you could go to the pound, find the most viscous dog you can find, starve it for a few days and then let it out off its kennel. Promise you you'll get in shape fairly quickly. I'm at 165lb 5'9", cardio workout everyday 1hour 45mins, (girls break necks). Even a little exercise will profit you, if you have some lull time at work drop and do twenty, I bet you'll go up 5 every two weeks. Also remember this isn't going to happen overnight.

Actually, a couple years ago my gf at the time told me I was getting a bit too round and at the time knowing nothing really about proper nutrition and being too lazy to work out or do basic cardio (which is what led me to getting fat), I did a crash diet eating only super basic shit like eggs, broccoli and really lean deli sliced meats and lost a bunch of fat pretty quickly. I was probably eating between 1000 and 1400 calories per day. Worked short term but I felt like I was close to death at every second and it was far from sustainable.

hate to say it but being continually active is the best way to lose weight and keep it off.

                                diet is important too, obviously.

if you abhor running/going to the gym, find something enjoyable to do that also counts as exercise: hiking, biking, walking a dog, climbing trees, sex, etc.
