Reapply for winter quarter (applications come out in august or so). Also, did you include things like a letter that states your goals and why you want to attend their school, and do you have a specific major in mind? GPA matters too, but sometimes having a clear goal is more important - and Western can be hard to get into. I'll be going to there next winter (hopefully). Actually now that I hear your story I'm glad I didn't apply for fall! :p

My very intelligent friend who was a shoe-in for his college of choice ended up not getting in because he didn't realize that the SAT score on your transcript isn't accepted. He's making the best of it and reapplying for spring, working in the fall.

on second thought, you should apply for UW tacoma. In ten years its going to be thought of as a better school than Western anyway. then you could stay in GH. (I assume you were going to TCC?)
anyways, UWT and UWB are now four year schools, and alot of the reason they expanded was a result of transfer students not being able to get into the seattle campus. I bet you have a good shot if your grades are half decent.

That sucks. If I did not get in, I would of gone back to the CC and taken some more math etc just to stay in school.
