I agree completely with on that. My dads friend Scooter Patrick use to race Can Am and was a semi works driver for Porsche in the mid to late 60"s and raced Can Am to 1975. He said it was the best years of his life racing in that time period. He also raced for James Garner in Formula 5000 and in a Lola T70 i think that was the name of the car.
Can someone explain to me the attraction of a lumpy cam?

Very cool! He must have some awesome stories. The Lola T70 was a sports and endurance racer; it came in a closed and open variant, powered by either a Chevy or Ford V8. It was also Lola's first Can Am entry, and the only Ford-powered car to win a Can Am race (Bridgehampton with Dan Gurney at the wheel). Their later efforts were the T220 and T222.I agree completely with on that. I see some big Gurney flaps, a sticker for Gurney-Westlake heads, and Genuine Viking Bardahl oil from Ballard!

The thing is...most of those cars are piles of shit that people abused. It sounds like a bad running on with a swiss cheese exhaust and THAT is a sleeper!~ Puch Cafe. ~ Do business? feedback ~ Check out my leather company ~

s65 sounds like a lumpy cam big block every time I start it up.......kinda cool, but it very awkwardly immediately turns into a normal euro idle after about a minute. I'm not an engineer, but I've heard it has to do with emissions and heating up the cats.....maybe someone can correct me if I'm wrong about that.e92 M3
