My Neighbor needs a New Car

My original post had a long story, decided to cut all that crap out. My neighbors looking for a new car, currently has a 330ci ZHP. She wants a faster car and brought up S4's, AMG's, and a F10 550i. I told her right away to stay away from the 550's cause they eat battery's like there's no tomorrow, plus burn a lot of oil as far as I know. I also said that if she bought a Audi she'd have to deal with timing belt changes and its a real costly repair, I suggested if she wanted a F10 that a 535i M sport might be a better choice.

How are your newer BMW's holding up? I know there are a good amount of recalls going on right now and most of these newer cars are burning a shit ton of oil.

Why did I make this stupid thread? Well her ZHP will be moving across the street soon, over in my driveway and in a sense I feel a bit bad about buying her baby. She loves this car more then I love my cars, and coming from an enthusiast its kinda weird to say that. What newer cars (2012+) have good power and decent reliability like her e46 had? The last thing I want is a car that's a bigger headache then fixing up the ZHP. Not only would she be pissed she sold the car, but it would be staring her in the face every morning!

My E60 M5 has been pretty much trouble-free with the exception of a PDC Computer and the washer fluid pump getting clogged up.

Eats rear tires and drinks a lot of fuel for some reason...

Have driven a few F10's and really enjoy them, however I do like the 6 Series Gran-Coupe much more

once audi's get older, they are maintenance nightmares. i would avoid that brand. i don't remember reading if you mentioned a new or used car?

if used, we recently bought slightly used a135i m sport. they are 300hp from the factory. ours came with dinan software and exhaust bumping it up to 351hp and 400 ft.lbs of tq. the car fucking scoots!

dct transmission shifts lightning fast. zhp in comparison: you could take a sip of coffee, have a long conversation about the meaning of life, and jack off a couple of times while you are waiting for the trans to move into the next gear.

I love my S4, but I would recommend it, or any older Audi to anyone who doesn't have wrenches for fingers and oil in their vanes.

I literally just came inside from my monthly repair. T-bolt clamp worked it's way off the turbo outlet.

Although if we are talking new, the modern 3.0 supercharged S4's are bad ass.
