Ive gotten away with a lot... my luck run out?

Im going to court on monday to try and get my speeding ticket reduced or get a continuance. I looked up my driving record to see what was on it before I went.

10-19-2005 Failed to obey sign
07-23-2004 Speed

So I guess thats a myth that your driving record clears when you turn 18, because I still have my original ticket on my record. The guy at the license place said it will clear after 5 years, but you have to call and ask for it removed.
So far I have 2 (3 if this one counts) tickets

- Failed to obey sign when I rolled a stop sign on my way to the fucking hospital

- Speed for 95 in a 55 with a ticket for 75

- Speed for 83 in a 70 (most recent) complete bullshit.

I have a lot of warnings too

- 47 in a 30
- 75 in a 55
- Cutting a cop off (didnt realise it was a merge lane)
- Music up too loud so I couldnt hear the cop yell at me while making an illegal u-turn and not having a seatbelt on.
- "suspecious driving" cop thought I was scouting a car to break into while doing "louies" in a snowy parking lot.
- Blowing a red light
- Taking a corner too fast and not signaling
- Music up too loud with a head light out
- Headlight out again


Pretty good ratio if you ask me, 3 tickets to with 9 warnings and 12 pull overs.

You can flame all you want, I know your just mad because you get tickets and I dont.

Yeah man, I have like 8329174 warnings for street racing, as you can tell most of my pull overs for having music up too loud etc has everything to do with tracking a car.

Holy fuck man, its one thing to take an onramp a little fast but you just plain suck at driving.

I normally try to not drive at night, I have REALLY bad vision, I can pass the tests fine but if its raining or anything out its really hard for me to see, thats what happened when I cut the cop off, it was drizzling out a bit and I couldnt see.

Also for blowing the red light, I was out of town and just bought a jetta. When leaving quiznos I accidently didnt get it in gear all the way (auto) and it just spun in neutral. I looked down got it in drive then started to go for the light, it started to change red and I was trying to follow my buddy home, since it was snowy and I figured I wouldt be able to stop I cut the light really short. Apparently there was a cop at the intersection, in that county the cops look like our taxies.
