I don't think I've ever watched a show that's given me more goosebumps than this. I'm not a sci-fi fan, but I'm really enjoying this series - whatever the genre it falls under.

All right, well, there are the obvious ones, like:

What's the deal with Hopper now? Is he a fed? Does he know 11 is alive? Is she?

I was thinking it had something to do with the "agreement" he made with Brenner. I don't think he's a fed, but I think he has unfinished business with them. 11 is most certainly alive based on the ending.

What's the deal with Will now and his 'condition'? Is it really him, or an imposter/doppelganger? Can he freely move between our world and the upsidedown?

Maybe he is a host for something from upside down. When they found him it looked like they were using him for that purpose, a la "Aliens" and "The Matrix"

I assume most of this will be addressed in S2, but it's fun to speculate..


Then there are other questions that linger in my mind, which are a little more nitpicky and I should probably let go.. mostly around the upsidedown.. but to me that was the coolest part of the show and I want to know more about it.. for instance:

Why is there only one monster?

How does it work? Sure, it's a dark reflection of our world, but it has specific objects in it, like old busted cars and Will's hut. When did those 'appear' there and when do they change? Will was able to see his Mom's alphabet on the wall for instance.

How does 11 recognize Will and Barb from the pictures in the Wheeler's house?


I should probably stop and go outside.

Stumbled onto this one at random one night when the girlfriend let me pick the show, went into it not knowing what to expect and it turned out to be absolutely wicked. Highly recommended, can't wait for season 2
