    Documentary thread

Just watched Five Came Back on Netflix.

Its basically the story of how all the old WWII documentries many of us had to watch in highschool were made. Really fascinating for me. I love documentarirs of all types but espc WWI, and 2.

What documentries have others been watchong/recommend?

I'm a pretty big nerd about neo-retro shit (kinda how I got into E30s). I play a lot of Hotline Miami which was based on the documentary Cocaine Cowboys. It's about the drug trade and cartels in 80s Miami. Really interesting imo

        Saw this documentary last weekend.

        Pretty twisted crap IMHO

If it's got tits or tires, it's gonna cost ya!

          Love me some documentaries.

Recently watched "Banking on Bitcoin" and "Daughters of Destiny" and "They Call it Myanmar".

All pretty good. Documentaries are all I watch regularly on Netflix.

I searched for "truth" on netflix because I was looking for a documentary called "the truth about dishonesty" but some other interesting documentaries popped up haha

Helvetica. Because it's relevant to my career, haha. Pretty good though.

the documentary called ''13TH'' on netflix is really good. It basically tells how Ronald Reagan and Nixon turned the Jail system from a way to house people to commit crimes into a multi million dollar industry for 3rd party companies and how the war on drugs was nothing but a shame to help boost incarcerations for these companies to make money.
