craig, the development is off the smith road, just a little ways from ferndale. I'm probably about a 1.5 miles from where justin lives, and just a little way from the i-5 onramps on the slater road. haggens and papa murphys are like 1 minute away :D
Oh ok, I figured it was off Grandview since I had seen you a few times after work around there. Place looks great though, if the counters are granite make sure they have been properly sealed and seal them every year. Makes them much easier to keep clean and protected against stains.

        Where do you live again?

        Exactly.
I live in Bend, Oregon, a beautiful city in central Oregon, about 20 minutes from the base of Mt. Bachelor, one of most popular ski resorts in the country. We have a great city, a good economy, good jobs, low crime, and a great place to raise a family. Do me a favor, and take a look at the guy's avatar above my post.

Keep talking trash Josh and we will send you all the Californians you can handle. Spread rumors about a quiet beautiful town with cheap huge house plots and they will flock there like sheep.

A local place seems so "quaint" to Californians that housing prices have more than doubled to areas only 15-20 minutes away.
