I've worked for a large multi- national corporation for 20+ years. I use SAP software to compare parts prices and usage around the globe to find the best prices for my plant and other plants. Most of the vendors I deal with are German based companies. Some of our other plants are in US, England, Germany, Poland & Japan. I worked as a heavy equipment operator, carpenter and foreign auto mechanic in the past. In five years I will be retired  maybe doing something with BMW parts or repair.

I currently work at a automotive service shop in San Diego. I am also graduating with my BS in Business Management, in July 07, and will be moving (most likely) to Phoenix AZ to obtain my Masters in the same field. I hope to enter the corporate world at that point (if not earlier).

I am also entertaining the idea of starting a side business of selling used/good audio equiptment.

I'm about to start the second semester of my second year of junior college. I'm having trouble figuring out what I want to do in life, but next year I'm thinking about transfering to Michigan State University and pursuing some kind of English or writing program. I'm also strong in math and might double major in mathematics as well and see where that takes me. All that marketing/business/economics hooha just blows right over my head, I can't stand that stuff. If I was better at working with my hands I'd consider learning a skilled trade but it takes me forever to do anything if I want to do a really good job of it. Nobody wants to hire a slow poke

UPS driver. Worked for UPS for over 3 years now as a part timer in the hub. Went driving about 4 months ago. I plan to have this as a career as they have awesome benfits at no cost to me and good retirement plan.

I work for a small property management company in San Diego as part of the maintenance crew. Its pretty thankless work, but the pay is good for what it is. Im presently a finance major with a graduation target of spring 08, but that will most likely be pushed back if(when) I switch to accounting.

work at a VW dealership i detail and shuttle customers / everything else, i get paid about the same amount as most of the techs. which isn't bad, but we had 3 guys doing my job and i was getting paid half of what i'm making now, they layed off the other 2 doubled my wages so now, i run around like a maniac for 9 hours a day trying to get 3 peoples work done, i like it, but it's definatly not a career

Thunderbird Institute is a small, private, VERY highly regarded business school in the Phoenix/Glendale area that specializes in international management.

When I saw that you were going for your masters in BM and that it was going to be in Phoenix, I put 2 and 2 together to get 5. Wheee math.
