He is one of those stuck-up "name brand" kids. My GF is not like that, but here son is. Oh well. He has been buying his own "American Eagle" or "Hollister" fagwear, paying $40 for a shirt that is $6 at Wal-Mart. Grandpa pays him $10/hr to fuck off...now he can pay his past due AND his future texting bills.

Gramma and Grandpa have been spoiling this kid sill since he was born. Now they say "why is he so spoiled?"...Duh, retards. Learn quick, do ya?

For his first car he wants a 2006 Silverado. Nicer, newer car than anyone in the family has...with worse mileage, higher insurance, etc. He has "saved" (by making his Mom pay for shit, basically) about $2500 towards this truck. In the meantime, he thinks he can drive Moms car....not anymore.

I say he can pay the bill with some of his "car money".

Anyway, sorry R3V. I am just ranting because I am pissed off at his whiney bitch ass...this ain't E(mo)30tech, ya know?

Chill the fuck out, wasn't there a Sticky about this kind of shit. Learn how to text, it's convenient as hell. You can get a decent text plan for an additional 10 bucks/mo. That's an hour of that kids work. Shut the fuck up.

The only time I ever text is in place of leaving a voice mail. Mainly because I hate it when people leave me voice mails. Every one of them is the same "call me back", no fucking shit, I see your missed call I will call you back!

I only really use it for work, just to message managers like "credit card server is up" or something short, I don't need to call them and leave a lengthy message for them while they are in the middle of a meeting.

Last month my bill was $30 in text messages, I was trying to figure it out for the longest time, because normally I send under 10 a month. But then I realized it was the time when I found out I can send 10 texts at once. So I messaged around 100 people "fuck you" by just putting in random phone numbers.... That was fun!

1,000-1,500 a month for me I'd say. Usually less but not more. I had a plan for Unlimited IN + 50 messages for $5 a month but they forced me to move up to the same but 500 additional, that I never use since all my friends have Verizon.

FWIW, me and my friends tend to type out full words and sentences, unless we are really busy. I think I'm up to about 30wpm on my phone, my other budy is closer to 50.. pretty scary for just one thumb! :D

i will save on stuff i hate to buy so i can spend on stuff thats important to me like cars and car parts. 110.00 bucks a month for cell phones,50 for cable,25 for internet,,, fuck that. it all adds up and pretty soon youre broke. add another 10 bucks for text messaging which only irritates me anyway and im on the cusp of killing people. i fully expect to get a ration of text messages from some of you retards the same as i do everytime i go off on text messaging. i will delete them and not open them. thank you and EAD
