well you guys remember that house i was supposed to move into? yeah so do i. well guess what. my own MOTHER sold that shit out from underneath me. my mother. fuck. so know i have to try to find a place that has a two car garage, no fucking rules about cars and such and within a tolerable driving distance from my work. all in about two days.

oh and i have to get approved for a 250,000 dollar loan, with no previous rent of any kind, and only 2.5 years of income. and my credit has just a few things on it.

there is one good thing. my mothers friend is a loan underwriter. and she is super nice, and is 99.9% sure she can get me a 250,000 home loan with no down payment. so hopefully that worksout.

fuck parents damnit.

Ok.. lets look at how you are cursing your own situation by cursing those who you need to help you.

First of all you should be thankful that your mother has a friend who is going to help you get the loan for a house. If your mother didn't have that friend then you would be out of luck. So don't make your mother out to be some sort of evil monster when she has connections that will help you. Never take that for granted.

Secondly, unless you actually OWNED the house, she did not "sell it from under you" as to suggest that she took advantage of you or stole something from you that you thought was rightfully yours. You probably don't have your name on the deed nor do you pay any household expenses so your mother does not have to consult you or explain to you that she is selling the house.

THIRD, if you are making 2500 a month and you aren't paying your parents any rent, you certainly have enough money to go rent a storage facility or a warehouse in an industrial park that would give you plenty of space to work on the car.

And finally, you are an ADULT. You cant blame your mother for the things you have/don't have in life. She is not responsible for providing you with 2 car garage and a house in a neighborhood that you like. You need to stop acting like a spoiled brat. After all, she is your MOTHER. Not some wicked evil witch who is determined to make life horrible for you. One day you will appriciate her and I hope that by that time, its not too late.

If I were you, I'd try to find someplace to live that's a little more reasonable. Sure, a quarter-million dollar house is nice, but if something were to happen in your life, how would you pay for it? I'd much rather get something cheaper, like an apartment, and then rent a garage for your cars. Sure, it won't be as convenient, but at least you're not getting yourself into something you can't get out of. And you won't make your money back for awhile, if that's what you're thinking. The housing market is going to continue to sink--it's been going up for too long, and now it's starting to come down.

It sucks everything changed, but sometimes things are a blessing in diguise. Maybe this is your chance to reevaluate your plans and find something less expensive.

#1. Am I retarded? Yeah.. partially.. I had to ride on the short bus and they made me take medication. But other than that I am fairly normal.

yeah, this is something that we are considering. it wont be nearly as fun, but compared to that place, we will have much more money to put into cars. which is what we really want to do.
