fer serious thats all you have too do, IIRC WA state does not have any special provisions for pistol ownership. GTO lower with a PSA parts kit and stock. J&T upper, barrel, and BCG, 1x9 twist and chambered in 5.56. I got a shitty UTG rear sight for now while my Matech folding rear is on the way.
