    Also Craigslist / copart.com E36s + Ebay = Profit

Made close to $2000.00 extra income last month as a Power Seller.

And yes I report it on my taxes.

    But you know....

JGood came in nearly 3 years before Jscotty, so you gotta give respect to the elder of the two...

No its not too bad here at all (looked into it,) I hate PA laws they are way more restrictive than S. Ohio. This is not something I plan on doing soon, school is 1st, + I can still sell 10 cars per year before the state will make me get a license. ;)

I've done that a bit, but it is way easier to flip >$2000 cars.
examples: $100 plymouth (used for 6months) sold for $700, $300 240d, 1 week later (and a few parts removed) $700. I bought a 300te for $1700 put a grand into it and only got $3200, so $500 and 5 months later wasn't worth my time. Sold a few others for profit.

You could always work for a sports team like a baseball team in the summer, or a football team on weekends in the fall.

The Notorious BIG said it best: "Either you're slingin' crack-rock, or you've got a wicked jump-shot." Nobody wants to work for it anymore. There's no honor in taking that after school job at Mickey Dee's, honor's in the dollar, kid.

Me? I'm a fucking renaissance man.

The only real motivation is enjoying what you are doing. Money becomes not worth it after a while (to an extent) if you don't enjoy what you are doing. Motivation is caused by challenges/learning, if you have an interest in what you are doing. That's how I see it, anyway. Hence why I don't really part out cars anymore. The only real challenges I came across were dealing with cheap fucks, people wanting me to ship 10 foot long items to Yakambodia, and people asking questions like "will this m10 bolt right into my 740i", without doing the smallest bit of research. People annoying me is not good motivation for me.

I would not start my own business up if I were you. The freaking way self employed people are taxed is horrible!! You can just about figure for every $100 you make roughly $40 of it will go to taxes... Which only lets you operate on 60% which sounds like alot still but it isn't. Out of that 60% you will have to take care of all expenses and if you manage it properly you will have around 10-15% of that left that you will then be hit on taxes for that roughly around the 40% in the beginning. Its complicated and it sucks period.Unless you can do quite a bit of cash business and then you can fudge alot of your income.
