yep, the scars lay flat, and other than a little tightness across my lower thumb joint and some across my wrist where the did the regraft, it is back for the most part. they told me that with time and a lot of lotion those spots will soften too. the tightness is not really restricting my range of motion though. i can't wait to get back to the fucking gym to rebuild my stregnth!

wow dude, I had no idea this happened to you..

I had a 1st/2nd/3rd degree coolant/steam burns similar to Good&tight's but on the opposite arm and waaay worse. I was working under the hood of my zinno 325i and it was beyond oveheating to where the hoses melted on the tstat and my dumb ass was just under the hood looking around until the cap blew 20ft in the air. Worst feeling in the world, I was crying like a little bitch in the ER.. The lady had the nerve to try and make me fill out paper work and ask me describe the pain from 1-10...

I know how it feels to be burning for days. the the skin and scar removal is a bitch. I would never take pictures or post them tho, I have the stomach of a 12yr old beverly hills private schooled girl...

my friend who was burned way worse suggested it. if it helped someone else who is going through it then it is a good thing.

also it was just one more place to save and document the damage incase i need it later.

i am a little bitter with my former employer and the failiers of osha and the other "safety" agencies for not doing their job today.

so i had my, hopefully, last surgery last week, just before thanksgiving and here are some pics of the aftermath

sunday when the stitches tore through the skin in 2 spots.

had them removed today, waiting on the open stuff to heal to see if i may need more surgery to fix the spots that tore open....yea!

i don't know if you can tell in the pics, but my thumb is swollen to the size of my big toe! if is freaky huge!
