I remember seeing similar frame designs a few years ago, although the company's name escapes me at the moment. In any case, their lack of attention to detail in the photos is a bit disturbing. Leaving the saddles with that much tilt, not putting it into the big ring, etc. present a lackluster image of the bike. Additionally, with a claimed frame weight of 2.7 lbs for the mountain bike frame, thats nearly .5 pound heavier than an S-works, and without definitive performance benefits.
