Really good film. I had no idea the lengths they went to to hold GL back. Had to bring his own food in case the cooks were in on the deal. That coach is the most slippery, evasive, and manipulative guy even now, and I don't have much good to say about The Great HeeNo except for his natural abilities.Comment

I feel like I've got it pretty well dialed in, but if there's any room to improve it will be worth taking advantage of for the next season or two.'84 318i - Lapisblau/Schwarz (in cryosleep)

Considering buying a MTB to compliment my road bike. Probably looking to spend around $500. I was thinking about going with a Specialized Hardrock or maybe a Trek Marlin...but then after some more research i found a company that offers much better components than these companies for the same price.
Mountain Bikes - MTB - Motobecane Fly 9357 - - Fantom 29PRO - FLY Team - cross country - xc racing - hardtail - XTR - Kinesium
Looking to hear some suggestions. Im 6'2 so i think a 29er is the way to go. Ill be usingt o ride some moderate trails.
ThanksComment

I bought a Motobecane through them had Ultegra/Dura Ace mix and 2x10 vs 3x9 and used all the stuff to mount on a Specialized S-works frame I had.
Have the frame still it's 7005 main tubes with CF stays to get rid of some of the harshness 7005 has on bumpy roads.Comment

I'm currently selling all of my longboarding stuff (and some other things) trying to get enough together to build a new fixed gear. I'm torn between these two framesets right now:
Aventon Cordoba:
Aventon Mataro:
Cordoba is the entry-level. Great quality for cheap, and the Mataro is the next up, hydroformed top-tube and a little tighter geometry, plus an integrated seat clamp. The Mataro frameset is $69 more than the Cordoba though (both come with forks), so I'm trying to decide if the extra money is worth the differences, or if I should spend that extra money on the other components I need for the build.Comment

That Mataro is a piece. Generic Taiwan frameset, I had the same one about 6-7 years ago for actual track racing. Geometry didn't suit me and that seat post collar slips and I generally hated it88 325is. Components look decent - others here will know a lot more about hydraulic brake systems.Comment
