If i hadn't have just finished my last final of college and drank 10 beers, I'd have a quick response for this. Without reading further, I'm all for wind energy. Would I pay more for it? No. We shouldn't have to - but that isn't PGE's fault... that's the GOV's problem.
I'm assuming everyone is aware of the PGE/Enron connection... right?
