i say install cameras all around 'cuz u can buy a set of four wireless cams now-a-days for $100-$200 and it would serve you well forever; you would monitor your compound and every time something wrong happens, you can turn it in to the police to have them investigate and make arrests or what not. and if you go to court, videos are strong evidence, :D. Physically beating a perpetrator here in the US is dangerous because you can get sued or what not. I almost got sued once and I'm not doing that again that's why I don't like fighting people here in the US streets anymore 'cuz i can go to jail; I leave that in forums, haha, jk. My arms and legs are licenced and are registered with the state of CA. Can you believe that if you are a martial artist who practiced X amount of years needs to register their arms and legs as lethal weapons especially if you are part of a martial art school? just wow, only in America, lol.

I would buy two pools and set them up that will be too irresistible to pass up. Then setup a camera I have a program called "Active WebCam" (its free online)that allows me to only record when the camera detects motion.I also have it sound an alarm when it detects motion so I will wake up and get the paint ball gun out.
