Formula One from Britain on Fox now

    Anybody watching?

Nick Heidfeld (BMW driver) is literally shredding the field in the rain.

Tune in if you can. If Nick keeps it up, this could well be BMW's second victory this season. He's all the way up to second place already.

Several of us are following, go to the "General Discussion" page and see the 2008 F1 season thread sticky'd at the top. About 27 pages worth of reading :-)

Second is a fine finish - especially considering where he started, and the fact that the winner has a million miles on that track.

It re-airs on SpeedTV on Wednesday, 12:30 EST I believe.

Same footage, just less of the hyperactive, crazy commercials that make up the Fox station.

It was a great finish, sure, but Kubi's off just blew. He could have easily passed Heidfeld at the rate he (Kubi) was going. P2 and P3 would have put BMW-Sauber closer to Ferrari in the Constructor's WC and would have given Kubi a nice, comfy lead in the Driver's WC. I was hoping during the second pit-stop window that BMW would throw full wet tires on one of their cars, what a mistake.

Only one left to go, and then it's back to SPEED full time.

Absolutely. Most of the top teams made some stupid decisions today.

BMW could have closed the gap to Ferrari in the WCC with a decent finish from Kubi. The bright side is that Massa failed to score points also.

It's still a four-way fight with a two point spread in the drivers' race.

Was a decent race. I love the rain!
