President Bush is at it again! NOLA be Warned!

Almost 3 years to the day. Katrina was August 29th 2005 and this looks to be on the path to do it again. Unbelievable, guess Bush had to get one more punch before he leaves office.

Anyone in this area need a place to stay, I am in Columbus MS at the moment and can offer a room to anyone that needs to get out of this thing. Its not free rent but help my fellow brothers!

Please no animals and there is no covered parking, but we should be way north of this to be protected from any damage. PM later in the week if this thing becomes big!

    Good luck all!

We called John Kerry for help, but he was to distraught and wouldn't accept his hero quest.
Not that I care, of course.

with the storm entering in hot gulf waters with nothing to stop it, it would most likely be a Cat 3.5+ I have been though about 20 hurricanes in my life and a Cat 3 is a fun ride. (Sarcasm) Being that NOLA has not completely rebuilt along with most of the gulf coast, it could tear down many things in the building process. It has every notion to be big, just hope its not another huge one. Only God knows........ and Bush!

Bush probably doesn't even control his inheritance.

                  Bush controls the weather?

and the NAACP said that the government was behind the levies breaching, flooding certain sectors where poor black people lived to wash them out of the area that was worth more money than what taxes were bringing in at the time. Explosives placed under levies to cause flood of the 9th district!

You can bet it will be drummed up to be an utter disaster....a climatic time-bomb in the making and the message of global warming will be a major talking point. A parade of so-called experts will be interviewed and they will blame the failed policies of the Bush administration and Americas' addiction to oil, SUVs & BBQs as the causes for this looming tragedy. The media is probably hoping for scenes of chaos in the streets, looting and folks stuck on their rooftops waiting to be rescued. They also harbor visions of empty school buses parked and FEMA trailers (red-tagged as 'toxic' for having formaldehyde levels exceeding CDC standards) scattered aimlessly in areas that weren't impacted by Gustav. The icing on the cake will be if some left-wing pundit will go on record saying a vote for McCain is a vote for more hurricanes.

Social commentary aside, that was pretty funny.

How quick were residents in california receiving help when their homes were threatened by wildfires and/or being burnt.

                          Or by mudslides....

Those people hit by Katrina didn't get help for the same reasons people in Africa don't. They are poor black people.

Where do you come up with this shit, check how much of your tax money goes to Africa each year.

My company in Miami did a lot of help after Katrina, and government funded. Fema trailers used up to this day. Come on man.....
