Is diesel really still that expensive in GC? It's like $2.20 out here in socal now. If I had routine towing and plowing to do I'd buy a diesel without hesitation. Much more durable, and easy to boost for more powah. Buy a used Duramax 2500HD or an F250 before 2003. The 6.0 was a POS until the late cycles.

i dont really know what diesel costs here. i was just randomly pulling numbers out of my ass.
im sinking a couple grand into my pos truck and keeping it. it just makes more sense right now and i wont have a payment

then i guess your moms a fucking dolt. techs make 60 an hour doing that shit and its simple. granted there are some technical aspects im unable to do like digital radiography machines etc. i do anything anyone with common sense could do and i do it free of charge. my wife owns her own dental practice.. anytime anything breaks or needs fixing they call me. i look at it and most times can fix it. if i cant do it i call a tech. then when the tech shows up im there scmoozing him learning how to fix that specific piece so i can do it next time. so yes, i guess im doing it for less than minimum wage. but its still money in my pocket if you look at the big picture. call me cheap i guess. if someone who was really trained in all the high tech dental equipt there is nowadays went out on their own you could easily make good money doing it.
theres only 2 main companies doing it locally. patterson dental and sullivan
