The Palestinian civilian death toll is higher because Hamas places their weapon launchers next to civilian homes and shops. The Palestinian people should be outraged at this technique and stand up. This place is like catholic school, 2/3 of the students smoke weed on a daily basis, but the faculty seems to convince the outside world that drugs are just in the other schools, the resident pot dealer thinks he's cool because he has the originality to call anyone he doesn't like a homosexual, and most of the little children follow him like sheep, then there's the few with brains, you hardly ever hear from them, perhaps don't even know they exist, but they get all the sh!t done.Comment

Yes they do that....but that's not always the case. Take a look at 2006's little dispute. They continuously hit non military targets. If you wanted to you could say Hamas is everywhere so everything is a military target. Of course that's just silly.
And the shelling of a beach that killed a few civilians.
Israel doesn't give a fuck where they shell or bomb, as long as it's across their own boarder.
Hamas sends over archaic missiles that average one death every thousand missiles and Israel destroys buildings and kills hundreds in retaliation. Most being civilians. They even bombed a UN outpost.
