I cannot even begin to fathom how dumb our country really has become. There has always been a saying "monkeys in suits" refered to most of the government. I saw the joke in the cartoon for what it was, and that was nothing to do with Obama. People have become hyper sensitive about the race issue. Give it a little time and and I'm sure some Obama hating republican will say something stupid about him and we will move onto the next non relevant topic about bullshit. Most americans are just sheep led from one topic to the next that have nothing to do with anything thats really affecting us. The paper said sorry we should be forgiving, people make mistakes some big, some small, accept their apology and move on. Asking the guy to be fired PLEASE do we not take into account that this gentleman may have a family and mouths to feed? I totally agree. I loved how both candidates played "clean coal" like it was the greatest thing since sliced bread. Theres no such thing as clean coal, and they both know it. How about some windmills/solar panels attached to the power grid?
