Also, I find the usual cop intimidation to be counter productive. If cops were actually friendly and helpful, rather than intimidating and demanding like they are trained to be, people would be more inclined to cooperate.

o for sure, there will always be a couple bad apples here and there, but grouping them all together and than saying how much he hates them is a little overboard imo.

and i agree cops can be dicks sometimes, and when they do, it raelly gets under my skin, but there are some genuine, good hearted police officers on the force.

i've had mostly positive experience with law enforcement. of course there was the old lady dyke cop who pulled me over for "exhibition of speed" because i went around a corner a little too sharp in a parking lot and made 1 second of tire squeal.

I know many police officers, via politics, not from having to be in the back seat, and the fact that this happened is appalling. I have a sister that age and granted she'd never kick shoes at that cop, that's a very wrong thing to do to a girl.

I agree he was way out of line, with the hair pulling.

First off, I really don't think he punched her in the head. I think she was resisting to put her arm behind her back and he punched the shoulder bald area so that it would make her do so. This technique should probably only be necessary with like you know...strong adults that you feel could overpower you.

Again, definately disagree with what he did, she's 15 and probably really easy to over power...especailly with 2 people there. I would agree that he should lose his job...he's obviously one to abuse his power or maybe his work is getting to him and he needs a break from the shitty parts of town.
