I tend to defend law enforcement quite a bit on here. but that guy is a real piece of shit. Its obviously excessive, even if that little girl was allegedly calling them pigs, and talking shit the whole time, like I read.

The cop should be charged more severely than the average man beating a young woman. He's law enforcement, and the public safety is in his hands. He should also obviously be fired, being ineligible for any future state or government gigs.

In no fucking way, though, should that little girl or her family get any money for the incident. I can see them reaching out for some cash, and they dont deserve any. If she didnt commit the crime, this wouldnt have happened in the first place... Its no justification for his actions, just supporting a case against them settling for any cash.
