    Legalized

    Well,
Lucky for me, in my state, it is legal, for me to smoke and grow.
However I only smoke maybe once a month, since I was a teen, never really liked to smoke it that much, clouds my judgement, especially while turning wrenches, never mixed. So I just grow for other patients, great way to make friends and supplement income.

There you go, I knew there had to be something that was feeding your tirade. I stand by that statement but I should not have used it in this context. Annoying smokers should not be banned, people should just not be assholes, something minor like this does not need a law to govern it.

HOLY SHIT I think YOU MISSED it in your own post, I am done if you cant see it by now. You contradict your self in that post alone. Your talking out of both sides of your mouth.

I am done with you, put your crash helmet before you lose what little yo have left the next time you tip over.

Here see the bold part, its what makes you look stupid, the part where you endorse the law you say you dont support.

Here is a big fucking wake up call all you smokers; the only people who are not annoyed by your smoke inhabiting the air in the immediate area is other smokers. Everyone else hates it, it smells like shit and its annoying as fuck. Remember your first cig you stole from your unemployed dad's ripped up daisy dukes? Remember how it made you cough and hurt your throat? Yeah, when you haven't been chain smoking for most of your life inhaling smoke is not pleasant or fun. I don't care if it is outside or inside, it is annoying and yes everyone can smell it. This natural wonder called wind blows it all over the place, not just in a tiny little bubble that only you can smell. I don't give a fuck, I will tell people not to smoke around me, not ask. One of the few good things about living in California is that you assholes can't sit in front of an open door smoking away, pretending that you aren't effecting anyone else in the world.

It is definitely your right to be an idiot and choose to kill yourself but when your dumb decision effects how comfortable I am then you should lose that right in my opinion.

For the record, I see/smell people smoking pot all over public places and it is just as annoying.
i dont smoke cigarettes or pot, i dont know why you made that assumption. i just believe in freedom.

and edit to say you truly are a whiny idiot.

GUESTS who feel they should be making the rules are suffering from entitlement issues. The air inside that building isn't yours, so if you dont like it, LEAVE.
This just seems so obvious to me??

I believe many people have confused the difference between a "public place" and a "private place which is open to the public". Please do not lose sight of this distinction.
So what about a classroom? It's not public, and it's not something anyone can simply leave. I have problems with smoke in one of my classes all the time, because people simply ignore the signs that say "no smoking within 20 feet of building" and light up right by the windows. Even with the windows closed it makes it in there. I hacked up blood in front of my entire class because it got so bad during a presentation I was giving. Sounds like fun to me, hell I just love the feeling I get when I bring up some juicy pieces of alveoli. Not only that, but I can't get enough of those ambulance rides either. I'd be shelling out $800 a pop if I didn't have good insurance.

You wouldn't believe how many calls we get for people who have flare ups of asthma or COPD because they caught too much smoke. But who gives a fuck right? They aren't entitled to clean air, and they should have known better that by going out they'd be taking their lives in their hands. Really, it could only be your grandparents, or your parents at some point.

I believe in a person's right to smoke as long as it doesn't affect innocent people.

Oh and I assume you must be highly allergic, that dose suck man I really feel for your position.

And if they are BREAKING THE REGULATIONS or the law for where they are at. they should be punished for that. On private property they can BAN or ALLOW it and set the rules for all aspects of it. A college campus would fall under the state/public property rules and if a Private school can write its own rules and ban it all together on the campus if they wish.
