A collective tyrant, spread over the length and breadth of the land, is no more acceptable than a single tyrant ensconced on his throne.

Wrong. This is like talking to a wall.

I guess I assumed too much of a few members being able to follow a hypothetical presumption. Sorry, my fault.

For the record, I do not think Hitler was a good person, nor due any sort of respect as a leader.

Hopefully spelling that out will suffice.

But for the record, wouldn't Obama bow to him as well?

And people don't like the US getting in other people's business, so we shouldn't have stepped in to stop all that jew killing... correct? Is that what you are saying?

If this was about going into Iraq to liberate it, why throw up a front about terrorists and WMD's and shit? WWII was like, here's the situation and what we are doing about it. no BS.

What has he done that warrants being removed?

It doesn't even really matter whether he did or not, the guy deserved being dethroned. I just ignore the whole WMD thing because it doesn't even matter anymore. +1 for Bush on that one. And I hate Bush...

You are aware that during WWI the brits needed good quality Glass ( Binoculars, rifle scopes and what not) zee Germans needed rubber. A back room deal was brokered through the swiss to trade rubber for glass. While neither side went through with it, the Germans decided the cost in German lives for a bit of rubber would be too great by giving good enemy marksmen good glass so they backed out at the last.

The fact remains the evil US is not alone in such deals, just 20 years earlier than pearl harbor 2 countries that were at war with each other were making deals to provide each other with need supplies.
