we also sell some of our water from the colorado river to CA also along with a fair share of electricity from Palo Verde Nuke plant And hydro electric power.
farmers in AZ as well as the general public would gladly use the water that is alotted to CA.

Too bad Arizona does not have to the power to do this, California has a stake in all of the power plants built here that supply them. As for cutting off the water to us, California does not have the power to do that either that's a federal government issue over the Colorado river, in fact we get the water first based on geographical location. Hell Arizona is actually a head of payments on using the Colorado River water unlike that shit hole state West of us.
