That "someone else" is me, you and everyone else.

I have friends that are out of work and their UI benefits have been cut off due to lack of funding, and they are unable to find work.

I emailed them the article about the Mexican national here in California who bilked the UI system out of 3 Million dollars that we know about, and some of that money was sent back "home"

They were livid when they saw the article, and I guarantee you that they are not going to take a non-chalant attitude about it.

They are pissed, and rightly so and they are going to the polls in November for the mid-terms and vote out anyone that supports illegal immigration or "sanctuary cities"

When did I say everything should be free? I was just thinking of all the corporate welfare we've been handing out as well as the sheer amounts of very expensive white collar crime that to me is every bit as important, if not more so, than this illegal problem. Or passing the Free trade agreement which seemed like all it did was send a fuck-ton of American jobs to Mexico and China, and doing nothing for this huge immigration problem.

I don't take loans out. I learned a concept called "don't buy shit you can't afford." If I can't pay cash for it, I don't buy it. I didn't run out and buy a house in an over priced market when everyone was handing out loans they knew couldn't be paid back, I don't try and rent out a big ass apartment I don't need when a room with a garage space is both cheaper and less expensive to heat/cool. I chose a 318 over a 325 partially over fuel usage, my race car is a lightweight Miata which even on the track light on fuel and oil usage as well as brakes and tires.

Oh and You have to be stopped for a Legitimate reason (IE speeding, red light running etc...) in AZ, and then the cop has to have a reasonable suspicion that the brown guy is not hear legally. IE. No drivers license, no Insurance on the car, no registration (all things you cant get if you are not here legally) dont speak the engrish. THEN AND ONLY THEN CAN THEY BE ASKED ABOUT IMMIGRATION STATUS. Please read the law before you parrot the shit you are getting from the MSM on this.

IIRC it's been steadily dropping. I wouldnt be surprised to find that it spikes a bit, even without including any BS relating to this bill

Hopefully AZ police are less likely to abuse it, and if the citizens of the state don't feel the PD are doing their job by checking people, i.e. harassing, they can be sued by said citizens. Or so I'm told.

I was being a jack ass on that comment. I didn't have the will/time to dig up the sarcasm flag for it.

I rather like the idea of sending them back home under the condition that they actually get tossed in their home countries jail. Here we give them " 3 hots and a cot" Mexican prison is not pretty, and anything south of that, except Costa Rica maybe, is even worse. If we toss them in local jail the tax payer sucks it up.

We send them home, they just come back. The only people that seem to win at that are the border patrol employees and anyone along the lines of catching/processing them.

Would be nice if more people here would stop letting companies get away with hiring illegal migrant workers, and the people in their home countries would stop putting up with horrible leadership... not that we are doing much about that these days here at home (regardless of being a Bush or Obama supporter).

There is such a clause in the U.S, that one may not sue the U.S government without the consent of the U.S government. This is just a state law, and not federal... so i don't know if this applies or not. However, if a contract was signed, stating that Immigrants may freely enter nv, ca, and az then this clearly breaches that contract, and certain parties have all the rights to sue and fuss about.

This is why you have to be careful. The majority of picketers out there fail on this, often doing more harm than good. If you look at every single latino or asain as if they were an illegal, then yes you are a race riot candidate.

It's not "get all the mexicans out". It's "make sure they are here legally, paying taxes and not fucking with our system".

I'd say 75% of this issue could be fixed without even touching the immigration issue just by tightening up the programs themselves, making sure the SS#'s are legit, etc. All of the information is there for a computer to do 2+2 and say "joe's lawn service paid 3x more in salary than the sum of him employees claimed. please investigate" or "joe has been dead for 15 years but is still claiming SS money. please investigate". Whenever the IRS decides I calculated wrong and to send them $1.52 it has taken them 2 years to figure it out. YEARS.
